Job description
Gillis is seeking a Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) to lead outbound hotel sales for a portfolio of six properties across Canada and the USA. This remote role reports to an Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires travel for in-market visits 2–4 times per year.
The position offers a base salary of $70K USD, with quarterly incentives and an annual profit-sharing bonus, plus 31 paid days off annually, including PTO, holidays, and wellness days.
