Job description
Gillis is seeking a Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) to lead outbound, strategic sales for 6 hotel brands across the Canada/USA region. This home-based role reports to the Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires travel for in-market visits.
The RDOS will build a sales-driven culture, partner with General Managers, and drive revenue growth with a 6-month cycle. Remote work with occasional travel supports company growth.
