Job description
Alora Supports Missouri LLC is seeking a Regional Manager for southeastern Missouri to lead growth, referrals, and service quality across the region. You will supervise the regional Professional Management team and partner with the Workforce Manager on hiring to ensure timely staffing.
In this remote/field-based role, you will build relationships with Support Coordination teams, boards, and public administrators, while ensuring compliance with Missouri HCBS requirements and agency policies.
