Job description
The Staff Pad seeks a Regional Manager – Leisure & All Inclusive to lead North American teams remotely. You will drive sales growth, deepen partner engagement, and align initiatives with brand portfolios across the U.S. and Canada.
Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching a dispersed team, overseeing performance, and using Salesforce and MicroStrategy for reporting and analytics. Travel for key events and meetings will be required.
