Job description
PACS Group is seeking a Regional Assistant RAI Specialist to provide regional support, training and mentorship to MDS Coordinators across California. The role involves on-site and remote support, MDS/RAI oversight, and collaboration with facility leadership to ensure accurate MDS assessments.
Ideal candidates will hold an RN license in CA, MDS RAC-CT certification, and recent experience with MDS 3.0 in skilled nursing facilities.
