Job description
Mutual of America Financial Group in Utah seeks a Regional Sales Director for Retirement Plan Sales to lead growth across a defined territory. You will solicit new group takeover plans and cross-sell products, reporting to the Regional Vice President as part of a high-energy sales team.
The role requires 5+ years of outside B2B sales, knowledge of 401k/403b plans, and active FINRA licenses. A valid driver's license and ability to travel for in-person meetings are essential.
