Job description
ParetoHealth is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to drive growth in the San Antonio territory. You will build and nurture robust relationships with insurance brokers and benefits consultants, delivering Pareto’s self-insurance solutions to SMBs.
You will lead regional sales planning, collaborate across teams, and travel up to 50% to meet with decision-makers, brokers, and clients, transforming how employers manage healthcare costs.
