Job description
ENGIE North America is seeking an experienced Legal & Title Analyst to support utility-scale renewable energy projects through title review, survey review, curative actions, and project finance coordination. This role works with Development, Land, Legal, and Finance teams, as well as title companies and lenders.
You will review title commitments, proformas, site control instruments, mortgages, and ALTA surveys to identify issues affecting project development and financing.
