Job description
BG Staffing seeks a Retail Property Manager to oversee daily operations and financial performance of assigned retail properties, focusing on tenant relations, vendor management, budgeting, and lease administration to protect asset value.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail property management, knowledge of retail leases and property financials, and the ability to manage multiple properties and budgets. Remote role based in Michigan with travel as needed.
