Job description
The Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees, with a remote work arrangement and an incentive bonus opportunity tied to plan metrics and client satisfaction.
You will conduct presentations to explain plan features, enroll participants, participate in benefit fairs and orientations, assist with annual plan reviews, and support targeted enrollment campaigns; some travel may be required.
