Job description
Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead a growing team and scale our RevOps practice. You will guide architecture, audits, and strategic work across Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot, while remaining hands-on when needed.
You will mentor strategists, manage complex client engagements, and translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders. This is a high-impact, client‑facing role.
