Job description
Molina Healthcare in Illinois is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as a Case Manager for Medicare members. This telephonic role may require face-to-face visits at times and involves coordinating care across multiple providers to determine needed services.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in health care, EMR/HIPAA proficiency, and strong communication. Travel up to 40% may be necessary depending on member needs and location.
