Job description

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a registered nurse to serve as a Case Manager in a full-time remote telehealth role. You will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate case management activities to evaluate medical needs and promote member wellness, with a focus on high-risk, disengaged members.

You must reside in MT or PST compact states, hold a multi-state compact license, and have 3+ years of clinical nursing, plus 1+ year in medical case management. Strong IT skills required.
