Job description
Dartmouth Health is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist - RN, remote, to improve the quality and completeness of medical record documentation. You will educate care teams on documentation guidelines and collaborate with Coding staff to ensure accurate DRG assignments and appropriate reimbursement.
CDI-specific experience is preferred. The role offers strong CEU/Training programs and a broad benefits package within a nationally recognized academic medical system in New England.
