Job description
BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is seeking an RPA Team Lead for a fully remote role. You will lead a newly established RPA team that partners with embedded AI Workflow Engineers to design and deliver automation solutions for our 3.4 million members and communities we serve.
Ideal candidates bring RPA expertise (UiPath preferred), 2+ years of people management, and strong communication skills with solid business acumen to maintain cross-functional partnerships and drive clarity in ambiguous
