Job description
Sedgwick is seeking an experienced SaaS Administrator to join our team on a 12‑month contract to hire. This fully remote role requires CST hours and focuses on governance, security reviews, and admin across Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot platforms in an enterprise environment.
You will be the Level 2 escalation owner for incidents, manage IAM-related provisioning, audit logs, and runbooks, and collaborate with IAM, Legal, Privacy, and ITSM. Strong scripting and policy-writing skills are essential.
