Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Agents . This opportunity is ideal for those looking to start or grow a rewarding career in the life insurance industry while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely on a part-time or full-time basis.

As a Remote Sales Agent, you will educate clients on life insurance solutions, help them choose coverage that fits their needs, and build lasting relationships through professional service. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide licensing assistance, comprehensive training, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs.

Educate clients on life insurance products, including simplified issue coverage with valuable living benefits.

Build strong, lasting client relationships through professional communication and exceptional service.

Guide clients through the application process while providing support and answering questions.

Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure a positive customer experience.

Participate in training, coaching, and professional development to build product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

Previous sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience is helpful but not required.

No prior insurance experience is necessary—licensing assistance, training, and ongoing support are provided.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.

Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn in a performance-based environment.

Ability to work independently while effectively managing your time in a remote setting.

Positive attitude with a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Comfortable using technology and virtual communication tools.
