Job description
Avero is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its growth initiatives by developing a new-business strategy, strengthening the sales team, and building relationships with customers who require engineered products and precision machining capabilities.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on opening doors, developing people, and turning a growth plan into measurable results. The role is remote after an initial onsite training period, with periodic onsite meetings and some international travel.
