Job description
SimX, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to build and manage the processes, systems, analytics, and infrastructure for a growing sales team.
You will own the deal desk, forecasting, territory planning, compensation, and the sales tech stack, partnering across Finance, Legal, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. The role reports to the VP of Sales and manages 1 FTE in a fast-growing, remote-US environment.
