Remote Sales Representative

Compensation
Part-Time: $30,000–$60,000+ in your first year (approximately 15–20 hours/week)
Full-Time: $80,000–$180,000+ in your first year (approximately 30–35 hours/week)
Leadership and Ownership opportunities: $200,000+
Our compensation structure is 100% performance-based with no income cap . In addition to commissions, agents have opportunities to earn monthly bonuses, leadership promotions, profit sharing, and long-term ownership opportunities.
What You'll Do
Meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about protecting their financial future.
Help clients choose insurance and financial solutions that fit their unique needs.
Work exclusively with warm, exclusive leads—no cold calling .
Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
Grow your own business while helping develop future leaders within the agency.
What You'll Bring
