Job description
Banc of California is seeking a Business Development Officer to originate and fund SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 loans through self-sourced business development. Ideal candidates have a strong track record in commercial real estate and cash flow lending, consistently closing $10–$15 million annually.
You will build referral networks, work with Underwriting and Closing, and ensure transactions meet credit standards and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional client service.
