Job description
OR DSL seeks an Application Systems Analyst / Excel Expert to convert a draft SCMAC from a Microsoft Excel workbook into a user-friendly application. The contract is for 12+ months and 100% remote, with the work focused on creating a robust tool for stream compensatory mitigation accounting.
The contractor will collaborate with DSL mitigation staff to ensure the new system accurately calculates SCMAUs, baselines, and predicted outcomes in line with Oregon's new rules, with public availability
