Job description
Smith Hanley Associates is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to strengthen the Actuarial Finance team. The role blends financial forecasting, actuarial modeling, and data analysis to inform senior leadership.
You will partner with finance, clinical, and strategy teams to explain performance drivers, assess risks, and automate recurring analyses using scripting and validated AI tools. Healthcare industry experience is preferred, with strong Excel, SQL, and Python skills.
