Job description
Bruce & Bruce Company, advising insurers since 1929, seeks a Senior Actuary – FIA Product Development & Pricing to lead pricing strategy for annuities and governing product design and valuation. You will build and refine models, analyze profitability, and shape strategies with clients and senior teams.
You will collaborate across Product, Compliance, and Legal, guiding filings, governance, and market strategy while mentoring junior staff in a growth-focused environment.
