Job description
YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Contractor) to create reinforcement learning environments for software engineering tasks. You will design reproducible, deterministic verification systems and reference solutions for coding tasks such as bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and performance optimization.
The role is remote, approx. 15 hours per week, and involves evaluating AI agents on complex codebases using Model Context Protocol tools.
