ERM is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Archaeologist to lead cultural resource strategy and delivery across the Great Basin from Idaho. The role is remote, full-time, with a strong emphasis on technical leadership, client engagement, and business development across the United States.

You will oversee archaeologists, manage complex studies, ensure compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to expand ERM’s market presence in cultural resources consulting.
