Job description
YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer contractor to help build reinforcement learning environments for evaluating AI models on complex software tasks, using MCP tools.
You will design reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions for bug fixes, feature work, refactoring, and performance tuning. Remote, ~15 hours/week, contract-based engagement.
