Job description
Salesloft, a remote-friendly US leader in SaaS, seeks a Senior Commercial Counsel to mature our privacy program and lead complex commercial work. You’ll help shape policies, review DPAs, MSAs, NDAs, and AI addendums while supporting cross-functional deal velocity.
You’ll advise on privacy and licensing issues, partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Procurement, Product, and Finance, and own end-to-end contracting in a fast-moving environment.
