Job description
Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Manager to act as an owner's representative for multi-site restaurant and retail TI projects inside airport terminals.
You will oversee general contractors, designers, and vendors, guiding work from pre-construction through closeout to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Based in Seattle, the role is remote with 50–70% regional travel, weekly site visits possible, and TSA clearance is a plus.
