Job description
DSV is seeking a Customer Service Agent, CSR, SR to support virtual operations in the USA with Arizona coverage. You will handle customer inquiries, tracing shipments, POD information, and collaborate with management and warehouse teams to meet service criteria.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–6 years of experience, with proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel, and the ability to type 45 WPM. This is a full-time, remote position with competitive hourly pay.
