Job description
Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Demand Planning Manager for HOKA in a remote-capable role based in Goleta, CA. You will lead a data-driven demand planning function for NA Wholesale, coordinating with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning to shape assumptions and consensus forecasts.
The role requires 7+ years in demand/supply planning, experience leading a team of 6+, and proficiency with o9 or similar platforms, plus Tableau for analytics.
