Job description
Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Design Manager to join our North America Design team. You will own end-to-end design execution for data center projects, coordinating across architectural, mechanical, electrical, and specialized systems to meet safety, resilience, and sustainability goals.
In this role you will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risk and value engineering, and mentor Design Managers to elevate regional design practices. US Citizenship and travel up to 25% are required.
