Job description
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. The role partners with leadership to standardize workflows, improve processes, and support scalable growth across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership within a large brokerage or agency.
