Job description
WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director, AI Engineering to lead the design, deployment, and scaling of enterprise AI solutions across the organization. You will drive AI platforms including ML, GenAI, and MLOps, ensuring regulatory and quality standards.
You will balance strategic direction with hands-on leadership, build globally distributed teams, partner with product, data, compliance, and IT, and translate business needs into scalable AI capabilities that deliver measurable value.
