Job description
LifeStance Health is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Practice & Therapeutic Standards to advance enterprise standards, competency frameworks, and evidence-based care across service lines. You will partner with Clinical Operations, Learning & Development, and Research to scale training and sustain high quality care.
You will lead clinical leadership development, translate outcomes data into practice improvements, and influence across matrixed teams.
