Job description
Jellyvision is seeking a Senior Director of Customer Operations to lead onboarding, implementation, and support for its growing product portfolio, including ALEX Home and the benefits platform.
You will guide a team of directors, shape capacity planning, and optimize vendor partnerships while partnering with Jellyvision leaders to deliver consistently great customer experiences at scale.
