Job description
Caidya is seeking a Senior Director, Therapeutic Strategy Lead (TSL) to drive oncology therapeutic and delivery strategies for clinical studies and drug development. You will provide cross-functional leadership, clinical expertise, and strategic support to clients and internal teams while shaping opportunities and growth.
This remote US-based role requires 10+ years in industry with CRO experience, strong leadership, and deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle across oncology.
