Job description
Encore Semi, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to serve as Technical Subcontracts Manager for a payload program. This fully remote role connects internal engineering with external suppliers, focusing on vendor management of a COTS Multi-Mission Payload and a space clock module.
You will draft SOWs, manage the subcontract lifecycle, lead vendor meetings, and provide technical input on power systems, SDRs, and other COTS components to keep schedules on track.
