Job description
Windward Risk Managers is seeking a First Party Property Claims Supervisor to lead a team of property adjusters handling homeowners, dwelling fire, condo and other residential claims. The role focuses on claim quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service across the claim lifecycle.
The candidate should have 5+ years of property claims experience, Florida license, and proficiency with Xactimate.
