Job description
Visión y Compromiso is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to establish a strong HR function, support leaders, and create a positive employee experience across the organization.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this role oversees recruitment and onboarding, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, total rewards, disability management, workers’ compensation, and compliance while guiding cultural evolution.
