Job description
Engage PEO is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to deliver HR services across an assigned client group, blending HR expertise, client advisory, and compliance oversight in support of the ‘Expect More’ service model.
The role partners with executive leadership to design organizational structures, guide succession planning, and shape compensation philosophy while addressing employee relations and investigations. This is a full-time exempt position with a focus on client satisfaction.
