Job description
CannonDesign is seeking a Sr. Manager, HRIS & Operations to lead evolution of the HR technology ecosystem and core HR operations.
You will own the HRIS, drive data governance, and partner across HR, Finance, Payroll, Technology and leadership to enable a superior employee experience. This role blends strategy, analytics and process improvement to implement scalable HR tech solutions, manage vendor partnerships, and guide change initiatives across the organization.
