Job description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals in Palo Alto seeks a Senior Director, Corporate Counsel, Intellectual Property (IP) to develop and execute robust global patent and IP strategies for Jazz's products, platform technologies, and acquired assets.
The role supports corporate development through IP due diligence, integration planning, and strategic portfolio development across acquisitions, licensing, collaborations, and other strategic opportunities, reporting to the VP of Legal & IP.
