Job description
WCG is seeking a Commercial Enablement Senior Manager to drive the revenue motion by ensuring sales has training, tools and processes for consistent field success. You will partner with Product Marketing and leadership to align on market opportunities, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
In this role, you’ll design and deliver onboarding, enablement content, sales plays, and scalable tools, leveraging AI and tools like Dock and Gong to improve workflows and performance across the field.
