Job description
The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Design to Value (Portfolio Strategy and Value Creation) to lead commercial impact in our product design strategy, partnering across functions to shape, launch, and scale value-driven initiatives.
You will work with Demand Creation, Marketing, Consumer Insights, R&D, and other teams to drive renovations that delight consumers and improve revenue and margin. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.
