Job description
Zendesk is seeking a Sr. Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead to translate marketing strategy into clear priorities, scalable operating plans, and measurable execution.
You will operate at the intersection of planning, business operations, performance management, and cross-functional coordination. You will partner with Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Sales/Revenue Operations, Product, and regional teams to align plans, drive budgeting and forecasting, and ensure coordinated execution.
