Job description
Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Medicaid Systems Operations Manager to lead a 30+ person team responsible for MMIS and related health IT platforms. The role governs incident management, releases, vendor relations, and service delivery to maintain compliant, secure Medicaid operations.
