Job description
Real Chemistry is seeking a VP, Medical Strategy Director to join our growing team. You will lead medical strategy across brands, translate clinical evidence into human insights, and guide senior-level clients.
You'll work with Strategy, Creative, Account, Medical, and Activation teams to ensure accuracy—and unforgettable ideas. You'll partner with multidisciplinary teams to shape strategy, inspire creative, and win new business while maintaining scientific rigor and business impact.
