Job description
YO AI Labs seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Contractor, ~15 hours/week) to build reinforcement learning environments for software tasks using MCP tools. You will design reproducible scenarios, provide deterministic verification, and craft reference solutions for bug fixes, feature work, refactoring, and performance tuning.
Responsibilities include creating RL environments, building verification systems, evaluating AI agents on complex codebases, and delivering clear technical feedback.
