Humana Inc. seeks a Senior RX Clinical Programs Pharmacist to integrate programs that improve health outcomes, focusing on prescription drugs.
You will oversee therapy, conduct comprehensive medication reviews, and optimize regimens for complex patients while driving Rx education campaigns. Ideal candidates hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with active licensure, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in managed care, including Medicare/Medicaid.
